We recognise that IRIS can be a fast-paced organisation and we constantly work hard to communicate our goals and strategy to our employees so that we can #MakeItHappen together. We establish our objectives and share our plans on a regular basis, through priorities for the financial year, departmental goals for each function, and individual or team objectives so that at every level we are making an #IMPACT.
We're constantly looking to develop and support our colleagues in Finance and Legal through ongoing continuous professional development, with this month’s learning programme featuring Exchequer, and supporting professional development via apprenticeships and professional qualifications. We also have a strong Employee Voice Ambassador group in the Finance and Legal team, who collect employee feedback and enact positive change by sharing improvements directly with the HR Director and Chief Financial Officer. In the last 12 months, we’ve also been delighted to have hired 28 fantastic new employees into our UK Finance department, growing the size of the team to over 80 colleagues.
