We’re delighted that you recognise our fantastic total reward package, and specifically for our excellent salespeople, our comprehensive commission scheme. Our competitive commission plans support employees through monthly payments, set monthly and quarterly quotas, and enables our salespeople the chance to earn up to 200% of commission when they achieve their target. We’re also delighted to operate a range of other incentives throughout the year to reward consistency of achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with one of the prizes being the chance to win a Mini, as well as inviting our Elite Club on luxury trips to places like Las Vegas.
We’re proud to have over 200 salespeople in the UK, in which managers make up 16% of the Sales workforce. We’re proud of our managements teams and work hard to give all managers across IRIS the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. We created our dedicated ‘Managing with IMPACT’ training programme, as well as providing managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training, HR coaching, wellbeing tools and regular check-ins with their managers to ensure they’re performing at their best. We’re also proud to support upwards mobility and progression, by running our Step into Management course, to help new managers move from colleague to manager, manage themselves effectively, and learn key relationship building skills.
