We’re delighted to have a Peakon Engagement score of 8.4 out of 10 in our Product department, where employees have consistently rated us highly with at least 8.9 on ‘Meaningful Work’, ‘Accomplishment’, and ‘Challenging’ as specific drivers of engagement.
