Pay is competitive considering they have abandoned training for cost savings.
Cons
I have been approached by managers to use penalties and actions against representatives to reach agreement and shorten cases. Neither could be legally applied based on the facts. Told the manager to take a leap. Unethical, illegal - I retired. Don't drink the Kool-Aide.
