Pros
Flexible Schedule. Some of the people are nice.
Cons
I thought completing my BA would afford me opportunities for advancement but I was dead wrong. It's an extension of high school- only with embittered adults who go out of their way to hold certain people back. Incompetent and prejudiced management prefer scapegoating to being responsible for themselves or their decisions. The physical environment smells of mold and urine- probably a result of the leaky old building built atop a military dump and the rodent problem. There's absolutely no opportunity for advancement of you are educated, a person of color, or professional. The only way to advance is to become a domineering but sycophantic manipulator or be related to the right person. It's one the the most miserable places I have ever worked and people openly resent you if you are "different" or just happy. So they make every effort to sabotage you behind your back. If you attempt to report abuse or bullying they retaliate with reckless abandon. It's a different world- like a waking nightmare.
