You get 4 hrs per check for annual and sick leave Overtime opportunities and you can request to be paid in sick/annual leave time instead of time and a half If customers are rude you are able to warn and hang up the call Depending on your lead, you will get help
Cons
Training. Some sites have different training manuals. all calls are different and sometimes there is no definite answer. Sometimes you are on your own when leads ignore you/manager not in or busy like any other call center and when the call is reviewed you do get dinged for it whereas you were just following what you thought was right according to your training and written policies. It is hard to move to a different position even after being there for years. I still feel like for everything we do we should be getting paid way more. I feel like once i get my check majority of it goes to taxes, retirement, and tsp.
