      The Job Ad & Recruiter both lied from the get-go. Both stated that this was a Customer Service Job. It is not. Because my time is so precious and we need work before we lose our home, I always try to do research before going to a job interview. This turned out to be a waste of valuable time I could've used in pursuing real jobs to support my family. I don't have time for this sort of nonsense. When I called to cancel my interview, I couldn't even get HR to answer the phone. If they're this deceptive before even getting to the interview, imagine what they're like working for. Obviously these negative reviews on here have reason to be so. The faux - "positive" reviews are so blatantly obvious that it is shameful. People who do business in such a fashion (which is becoming more and more common these days), will eventually have to answer for such behavior. Shameful, disgraceful, and pathetic. Don't waste your time.

      We advise that you refer back to the Ad you first applied to. All of our Ads, including those posted under Customer Service state that we are NOT A TELEMARKETING COMPANY, NO B2B, and NO DOOR TO DOOR company. Our entry-levels position require a lot of CUSTOMER SERVICE interactions with our clients. Customer service are the provision of services to customers before, during, and after purchase of products, so yes our positions are Customer Service. If you are looking for a Telemarketing position, make sure to be specific. We sincerely apologize for not answering your phone call that day, we deal with hundreds of over the phone or through email everyday. Our HR department is available through phone, email, and through our website to answer further questions.

      I usually don't write on these things but when someone BLATANTLY lies about the company I work for it gets under my skin a little. Here is the run down since I have been here for a little over 8 months. All employees here get a BASE PLUS COMMISSION. Its is not a DRAW. I saw one guy get a $3294 paycheck for one week. They have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Yahoo finance. Google it and See the article for yourself. The growth is really crazy here. They need 50-100 managers in the next 3 months. The newest campaign is with a company called SolarCity. Elon Musk, the guy that sold PayPal for 1.5 Billion, started it to bring solar power to the masses. He and his company are our newest partner. Google the 60 minutes interview!! Do you think this is for real? GO SEE FOR YOURSELF. If your on Glassdoor, you must bee looking for a new career.

      You really have to work to get promoted here. Its based on MERIT. You will not get any sympathy when you show up late with excuses. I suggest that management liven up the place a little with more competition.
