Pros
They are serious about their values and the folks who work there really care for eachother. Best part of the workplace is the people — lots of support and generally understanding. As far as construction companies go, this has a less toxic culture than most. If you want to work in construction management this is probably one of the better companies out there.
Cons
Very slow to promote and difficult to receive meaningful raises. Insurance is expensive for what it is and the benefits should be better in my opinion. Like at any construction company, some mandatory over time is needed to get work done due to the fast paced nature. Competent business strategy and mostly healthy profit margins but don't expect that to come back to you - bonuses are company wide depending on margin and overall not great.
