Pros
work from home, that's literally it.
Cons
micro managed, they pick favorites. It once was working your own schedule, but after over hiring you are fighting for cases from the moment the office opens till they close for the day. You only get paid per report, so you could work all day refreshing trying to get a case, just to get stuck on one all day and only make 25-50 bucks for the entire day. When management is confronted on the issue, they will tell you to "there is work, you just have to make sure you are on to get a case." well if that is the case, there should be hourly, or a bump in the pay per report. however, they will never do so. They don't train, they will tell you a report is wrong, however, they will overlook the report and sometimes it's not wrong at all...and in that case no apologizes. The manager is only look out for his bonus.
