Pros

Unlimited PTO is literally it

Cons

First of all, I’m not sure how there could ever be 5 star reviews. Nearly everyone you speak to at ISG (besides the dysfunctional upper management) is miserable. But let’s get into the embarrassment that ISG is: - There is no reason to conduct layoffs when people are quitting nearly every week - Ben Hawn and his followers are constantly spreading empty promises - They have no issue firing recruiters if they aren’t “buying in”, but will keep creepy/inappropriate managers - There’s a reason they primarily only hire recent grads. Recent grads don’t know any better In conclusion, simply don’t do it. If you want to be a recruiter, go anywhere else. The management is corrupt and the company is going downhill at a rapid pace.

Pros

There is so much room to grow and advance your career! I really love the business model that is set up where you are able to recruit and manage your own accounts as the business development team brings in new accounts. There is also a lot of room to make a lot of commission due to the high volume of jobs coming in. They do not do the draw commission structure anymore. Instead you get commission for managing an account and getting placements.

Cons

I wish there were more team get togethers or interactions.

Pros

There is some enablement to learn sales, outreach, and client communication if you are self-motivated.

Cons

Expectations can feel unclear and inconsistent. Communication from management could be better, and the role may lack structure, training, or reliable support. It can sometimes feel like you are expected to figure things out on your own.
