Pros

MT vindt werknemerstevredenheid belangrijk. Fijne collega's en een goede sfeer onderling. Mooie cases voor leuke klanten. Gaaf kantoor.

Cons

Kantoortuin kan een beetje lawaaierig zijn, maar je krijgt een goede koptelefoon.

Pros

Nice Colleagues in BD (but poor management) Nice Social Gatherings (lunches, after work drinks, ski trips, etc) As the majority of the BD members are students they provide a lot of flexible working hours - Good place for quick money during your studies but don't expect any career development Top Management: Karel & Michiel are good guys they just give too much trust to their team, which are not equipped or ready for the responsibility to lead others.

Cons

The company claims to be international but this is only at BD level - 95% of the rest of the company is very Dutch (closed culture). The company wants to propel itself internationally but they still do the majority of their business locally and internally Dutch is the spoken language at most meeting. Poor choice of mid-management: can not deal with feedback (giving or receiving), big egos and indecisive. They don't care about career development: they hire students because they are cheap but then for future steps in the company you need be a part of their 'boys club' aka: RSV Sanctus Laurentius to have any advancements in the company.

Pros

Flat hierarchy, easy to push through and implement ideas, open international working atmosphere in the business development team. There are lots of learning opportunities in the early stages and the sales trainings are good. Further development is limited, learning curves flatten out fairly soon and there are limited opportunities to move up or gain more responsibility.

Cons

Bad middle management and lack of leadership. Too chaotic and inexperienced. Bad talent retention. Frat culture still very much present in senior management.
