Not even a single thing to count on.

Dont go for the positive reviews. Its done by management only. ISYX was my 4th company is 10 years of work and it was the worst company. It was a nightmare. below are the Cons of joining ISYX. 1) No appraisal. Once you join ISYX dont even think of getting an appraisal after a year. No 2) Heavy politics. Indian Management especially HR is heavily involved in all this. Owner of company is least bothered about all this. He only thinks whatever top management is telling to him. 3)Your personal life will get screwed. 4) Lack of projects. 5) In name of onsite they will throw you in Saudi Arabia which is like a prison. 6)Lack of infrastructure. 7)Frequent firing. No one knows who is going to fired next and without any reason. 8)They all look for escape goat instead of looking for real reasons. They fired one person from recruitment because she didn't select right people as lot of people left company. It was not her fault. People left company because of work environment,Politics, policies but senior management targeted a junior level resource and fired her.
