Having experienced the company both as an employee and as a former customer, one of the biggest positives is the hardworking and dedicated team. The people genuinely care about delivering a high standard of service, supporting one another, and doing the right thing for customers. There is a strong sense of commitment across the business, with team members often going above and beyond to solve problems, meet expectations, and maintain a professional, friendly approach. The dedication, knowledge, and work ethic of the team really stand out and make a lasting impression.

As yet, I have not found any real cons. My experience has been very positive so far, with a supportive team, a strong work ethic, and a genuine focus on doing things properly. If anything, the only challenge is that the team sets a high standard, but this comes from a place of care, commitment, and pride in the work they do.
