The company culture at the corporate level is terrible. Leadership gives you no room for innovation unless you are in the design areas. The environment is micromanaging, and they will have you second-guessing what they hired you to do. Leadership claims they want to develop people but do not know how people's development happens. They do not wish for diversity, and they want clones. People are leaving because the environment is led by being feared and revered.
