      Small and dynamic company. Good product, lots of momentum, nice atmosphere, good work-life balance, friendly colleagues, good collaboration and information sharing.

      Cons

      No facilities near London office.

      Pros

      great work-life balance, no rigid time structure, as long as you get work done well is what company cares, lots of people come back if leave for another employer

      Cons

      no feedback from manager on how well you're doing or what directions things are moving unless there is a meeting that takes place once a year
