Pros

It's a job. Although I posit, flipping burgers might be a better option. Work/life balance is okay.

Cons

This is the absolute worst company to work for. Period. Where to begin: o Upper management exhibits racist, self-congratulatory, narcissistic and Napoleon complex-like traits. In addition to the above negative traits, they feed off of putting their employees down and pitting them against one another, all under the guise of promoting competition between teams. They do not like and will go after anyone who exhibits intellect. o Pay is TERRIBLE. Below industry standard, with zero opportunity for advancement unless of course you are one of the CEO's pets. Even then, you'll be given scraps and be expected to do flips for them. The "benefits" package is a joke. o Management lacks integrity on all levels. Consistently lies to their customers. Delivers crap work products. o The office is a sweatshop. o No camaraderie among employees; poor morale. o Employees are disrespected and lied to by senior and upper management on a daily basis.

ITCON Services Response

ITCON’s management and executives work hard to make sure that everyone feels welcomed and part of a meaningful team . We apologize that this was not your experience here. As a small company comprised of ambitious and highly talented employees, our managers have had great success in taking a more hands-on approach as part of our collaborative culture.

Pros

Decent training, loved my supervisor, fair pay rate, no micromanagement

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints other than that we don't have much control on if we are out of work or not but that is not their fault, it's the way the contract works.

Pros

Met some good co-workers, it would be a good place to work if management did a better job of empowering employees and creating a less toxic environment.

Cons

This company fosters a highly toxic work environment. Management frequently provides unclear direction, yet employees are held responsible when results do not align with shifting expectations. Senior leadership operates with moving targets, creating instability and frustration across teams. The culture discourages accountability at the top—senior managers rarely challenge the CEO, even when they recognize mistakes, due to fear of reprisal. Women in leadership face particular challenges, with a noticeable pattern of high turnover among female managers. HR also experiences significant attrition, likely a result of constant exposure to the CEO’s behavior.
