Worst Team leads - No support - Senior Software Developer ITP Software Employee Review

I worked here only for two months as software developer and cannot tolerate more than this, Never respects a employee, only few people manages internally as a gang and they dominates everyone, others treated as slaves. And these people are aware of very long and huge running project so everyone should go to them and beg for KT on each task everyday. - No leaves during first 3 months. - Need to work on saturdays sometimes - Strict login with fingerprint , if missed mail triggered HR will take a session - Should work more than working hours and no OT - Need to work on huge project on your own , no one will help you, should complete work on time. - No place for talent, you will be used.
