Since I have left the company, things have only gotten worse. At least 2-4 people quit or put in their 2 weeks PER WEEK because the employees are so fed up with the way things have been handeled. Management continued to promise that things would get better, but while they were saying that it seems that they doubled down on the mistreatment, finger pointing, micro-management, and they made a poor choice by changing commission for the worst. As a result, the drayage department has lost multiple members and disbanded multiple teams due to poor management, poor pay, and lack of trust. Not even the best SAM's are going to stick around much longer.
