Pros

- Cause of the Organisation -Technical knowledge of staff -Products

Cons

-Headquarters lives in planet Switzerland, everyone else suffers from non existent benefits, local contracts and low salaries -No professional prospects, in many of its sectors, things are slowly - as everything else in this organisation - changing towards the better, but based on the recommendation of one Manager. If you are not on good terms with her/him, you can forget about it. This was anyway the prior basis of getting promoted -Organisation is heavily based on funding which is a problem as funding is declining -This leads us to insecurity combined with bad management decisions (both in the past and present) - sudden lay offs with out any prior planning or consequences - Managers that were made managers overnight, clueless of how to manage people/staff, self centered and caring about their own personal wellbeing -Human resources tries to set standards of renouned Intrernational Organisations, to some extent somehow helpful introducing processes that have been used in the pubic and private sector since the stone ages, but overall fails to fulfill the most basic of roles: staff wellbeing -Branding of the world's oldest conservation organisation is almost non existent and continues in this direction. First time that I come accross an entity that resents public awareness
