The major fact that iv support lacks is proper HRD, they have very poor HRD, no ER or any thing as such,there is no communication between HRD, and Management ,in any case of recruitment ,or separation, / Appraisal Management is deemed to takes it own decision in all cases . Since HRD is just as simple toilet to the company,very few talented managers have tried third best to bridge the gap but due to lack of communication the organization structure ,have ever been a barrer and led to mere failure ,and more over iv support is complete centralized organization,,,,so the rate of attrition ,,,,,pay is fact to withstand their existing business and its never the fact how

weather one need to join the company or not is their urgency and requirements,never can one blame a company as exploitation,payer always appreciate good workers,and a person who learn in hard way will always grow, no company in today world will pay on time based work,organizations are not creamy in today's world,,,,.yes compared to other BPO iv is good , employee satisfactions,work time is most important issue management have to work on rest its great.....
