      Has company BBQ's and trips.

      Cons

      Owner is narcissistic! Calls employees the N word, calls people fat, yells and talks down to people. Toxic work environment. Will fire people based on someone's opinion rather than work related issues and will have you escorted out like a common criminal. Shuts down for 2 weeks at Christmas and you do NOT get paid.

      Pros

      Guaranteed salary increase if you attain certain certifications. Work doesn't have to be a fast-paced if you (or your team if it's in a group setting) don't want it to be. Lengthy training period

      Cons

      They stack rank you without telling you during training. At least one case of unpaid weekend homework which involved filling out a lengthy application.
