Warm and welcoming environment filled with some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. Extremely transparent higher-ups and everyone is willing to help one another. I learned a lot about advertising from every department.

good work culture, people are nice

really low pay - absolutely not sustainable in the cities they are based in Lost 2 large clients and they laid off a decent amount of people.... even though they must have spent over 200k on a 30 year anniversary company retreat
