Pros

The work was something I am skilled at

Cons

As most people work remotely, the management considers it is right to call people at ungoldly hours. You are expected to be at their service 24 by 7. If you resist, there will be subtle threats regarding how they can replace you.

IWD Agency Response

IWD Agency values our staff and work life balance. Our workweek is a standard 40 hours and we do not expect staff to be available when they are not working their regularly scheduled hours.

Pros

I was initially attracted to the company because of its atmosphere of Innovation. After having worked here for many years and watching the company grow leaps and bounds, the spirit of Innovation is still strong. A lot of team members wear multiple hats so you get to collaborate with team members in various capacities and learn an array of skillsets. Overall, I am enjoy the challenge of working for an agency with clients in a variety of industries and having a global team to support me.

Cons

For those that aren't nimble or don't like change, working in an innovative environment will be a challenge. The company is constantly working to better its processes and operating programs.
