As a personnel experience I have witnessed lot of ups and downs in my career, iblesoft always helped to assist and to support to make me grow this position. I find this position challenging and most fascinating because it always motivates me go to extra mile to do something more better.
Cons
Need more individual training session to upgrade the skills which will help the company and my team to go to the next level.
