I was saddened to read your comments. Your claims fortunately have no basis in fact but are structured in such a way that I must reluctantly conclude this is a calculated attack. Addressing the most serious accusation – the “clear out (of) all the female and non-white staff” – Any visits to our offices, exchanges over virtual meetings or social media will immediately reveal this to be a fabrication. Icomera is, and always has been, a proud equal opportunities employer. We hope this is obvious to anyone who chooses to work with us. If any of our team feel we are falling short of our commitments here, we encourage them to use one of the many direct channels available to raise it (anonymously if preferred) with our management team. Regarding our customer service focus, I will use this opportunity to promote the fantastic relationships we have with our clients. You will know from our internal news updates that 90% of our customers said they were either delighted or satisfied with our work when we conducted our most recent annual client satisfaction survey earlier this year.
