      This is my second job, and my seniors are helpful to work along. In fact, I recently got a good hike and other incentives. I am grateful that I joined this organization. There is so much to learn and use my skills.

      The ambience of the office is quite low.

      Pros

      Tech environments good for growth

      Cons

      MD won't delegate propermly all functions, (micromanaging) thus causing HR to become a 'yes sir' department. Prrof is that an aggressive reply eill be posted and instead of taking the constructive critic, they will try to fight the input and do not recognize any issue. It is the other way aroubd: the good posts here have been paid for or posted under dures.

      Professional people to work with, great pay roll progarm, never had a bad word to say about Icon the whole time I was employed there
