Icreon is a great place to work because of the environment it maintains, a corporate culture that values and celebrates success and smart ambitious management. They offer multiple ways to give feedback and welcome all ideas and suggestions. Wellbeing and work-life balance are supported here. My schedule is always flexible and I have everything I need to get my job done. Great team, I have the chance to work with such interesting people, in very challenging time. There are different constellations of collaborations and I like to be able to make people think differently, to think outside a box. It’s a big part of my work, I appreciate that the management is continuously open to my ideas.
Cons
The work has totally changed now, the pandemic affects our social life, remote work is not always fun. I try to stretch the boundaries and hope that the situation will be restored soon.
