Too much drama - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Idaho Power Employee Review

Way too much drama, especially from 'leadership'. It is hard to believe so much shenanigans going on for a big company, and most of it is in management. Customer Service is really bad, look for another way in if you want to work here.
