      Upper managment is the biggest problem. Store level it's dependant you work with some great people! But don't bother with the higher ups

      Lack of raises, unfair pay by area. Higher ups pretty are hard to ever get ahold of

      Great mission Fantastic Coworkers Good support from management

      Cons

      Board of directors was very unwilling to allow for raises during the time I was there. (2009-2016) This led to massive turnover.
