Young people ; dynamic environment ; many projects ; every day you learn a new thing ; small company that gives you the ability to see your projects fulfilled in less time than any other organization ; less departments than in a big company and that makes the communication process more effective
Cons
the company needs more staff and more professionals - experts on their area ; more efficiency projects in place ; more involvement from all employees in all projects and day 2 day communication ; few people for too big projects.
