Pros

1. Hardworking youngsters run the company. 2. Good exposure to projects for developers only. 3. Positive atmosphere within teams 4. Freedom at lower levels of the organisation 5. Management is incompetent so you need not worry about time tracker. It is just a psychological tool to manipulate employees. 5. There are many employees who manipulate the time tracker and lazy HR will not even bother. 6. Really good workplace culture untill it is time for the first appraisal. 7. Randomly send sweets and electronics as gifts in the first few months to keep you engaged. Its good to start your career and create a project/exposure especially for developers. If you are a person with some experience, best to avoid.

Cons

This review is made in public interest and contains matter which is the truth and useful for prospective employees. 1. Senior Management are immature. 2. Hires lot of interns and pays them peanuts while management get salary in lakhs. 3. Immature managers will brag about their salary on call 4. Very low scope for career growth within the company. 5. HR and Senior management including CEO are liars and try to threaten your career with false accusations and try to manipulate you. 6. If you do not leave on good terms, don't expect fnf, experience letter etc. 7. HR will spend hours writing poorly worded quasi legal notice to harass employees instead of handling admin duties. 7. Will threaten to bad mouth you to your next employer. 8. No bonus, incentive, PF and any other emoluments apart from salary regardless of the promises of HR. This can not be considered as full time employment.
