Pros

If you work in Sales there are many benefits and will be in the only department the senior management care about.

Cons

If you don't work in Sales you will receive a lower then market average wage, have to deal with poor data, poor process and poor leadership. The company prices itself on its "community" value but every year there is a redundancy cycle and your job will likely be sent to another country. Which isn't very community focused. If you work in any form of technical or data focused role. Don't bother. Every team follow their own process and their own way of logging/dealing with data. Meaning there is no consistency and making it impossible to work in any system that has data feeding in from other systems. The main focus of the company is just to acquire many companies a year, with no thought given to the data or process that bring in and how they would integrate elsewhere. They will also likely make you work hybrid. No because it helps your role or is needed. But just because they decided to get a new office that doesn't get filled.

Pros

Good PTO and flexible schedule.

Cons

Poor compensation, disorganized upper management that has little understanding of the work engineering teams are doing, owned by private equity only concerned with their bottom line and not the well-being of company/employees, the list goes on and on.
