The Nurses and Pa's are wonderful! They give exceptional treatments. Truly enjoyed the people I worked with. Enjoyed presenting the consults and the guests.
Cons
Changed pay one month after starting. Took away OT and put us on salary and expect us to work even more. Lie about Bonus plan. Lowered our overall percentage. Did not get paid bonus and had paperwork Regional sent. They changed all treatments to 8 instead of nine even for previous contracts prior to change. They want treatment count so will laser people at a very very low setting instead of rescheduling them. They end up losing a good treatment. Prices are overinflated. They give away beauty products with packages and then take it out of the consultants commissions. Constantly emailing for us to make more sales. They care more about the sale than the guest. Lasers break down.
