Our President, Bruce Fabel has an open door policy and consults with his leadership team before making changes to the company. Bruce has visited over half our centers to get feedback from our associates. In addition, he has introduced surveys and an exit interview process to make sure we continue to address employee and guests needs. Ideal Image continues to make positive improvements to the company.
