Very disorganized leadership constantly chases shiny objects instead of fixing day to day problems. Executives and VPs turnover very high, new people every three to six months, new CFO every year driven out by chaos and bad leadership. Really everyone is constantly leaving for ‘personal reasons’, nothing to see here The basics of the business are a mess, ops, payment & accounting, service Sales team culture is high pressure and short term focused, sells stuff to guests that causes problem for clinics and frustrating everybody Computer systems difficult to use and medical treatment records are still on paper! Employee discounts for services too low
