Not worth it at all - LRC Representative Ideal Image Employee Review

This job has zero work-life balance. They tell you that you can make commission working only 40 hours a week and that’s not true at all. There are tiers when it comes to getting good leads and if you’re not performing to their standards (which some days it’s actually impossible because most of the leads are bad) you get penalized for it. They do not have enough ACs working the Night Shift so your guests can wait up to 20 minutes just to do a zoom consultation. Most of the leads are fake and you’re wasting time trying to get in contact with someone who gave you a fake number. They used to do contests for leads and money and once an important person left the company, all of the motivation to do good went out of the window. They do not reward you at all anymore.
