      Pros

      Making your own schedule is a positive. Each clinic is their own family .

      Cons

      Employeess arent cared for enough here. Ther is only work work work work. thats not how life / a work life balanced should be lived. I've never met my area manager but she reprimands me and communicates with me only through messages. there is no connection there nor established respect through either party.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
