      Paid holidays and Monday thru Friday

      Cons

      Management is sleazy. The higher ups do not care. The workload is not worth the pay. The receptionists throw all of the work on the wrong drivers. They will throw you around to the wrong addresses and carelessly stretch your day out.

      Pros

      Ideal has allowed me to grow my career for the last 5 years. I have learned so many things throughout my time with the company from other team mates and my leaders. I highly recommend Ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers and have fun along the way!

      Cons

      I did relocate to Scottsbluff, Nebraska to be apart of the team in the corporate office and now get to experience all of the wind Nebraska has to offer. I do not have any cons with regards to Ideal.
