Pros

Pros is the word which has been removed from Ideapoke dictionary since it was started.

Cons

1. Fire people with out any reason, but they create their own silly stories to fire them. 2. Always target new joinees (who has no experience and joined as a fresher) to assign more work. 3. Extract work from freshers for 1L but will pay less than 20K. 4. Play with your emotions and personal life. They never allow you to spend time with your family and wants you to work for them for 365/24/7 5. They love people who act in front of them as if they are the best boss. They fire you if you are frank and open. Please join in some acting school and learn to act before you wanna join there. 6. Speak like as if they are the best organization in the world @ the time of your joining, but behaves very worst after you join. 7. No reasonable hike. 8. Always flavorful for some guys who have been with them since beginning. So much of partiality.

Pros

Ideapoke is an incredible company within the business software space. I had the privilege of interning at Ideapoke over the summer, and it was a very good experience. My internship was mostly on the frontend side. I had no prior experience with Typescript, but my supervisor was very helpful which allowed me to learn the language on the job. I felt welcomed even though I had little prior work experience, and I really gained confidence as an employee and as an engineer.

Cons

The only tough part about this internship was that I worked with a team in India. As such, there were occasions where I did have to stay up quite late to finish work. However, I did not really mind as it was summer.

Pros

There are no pros about this company.

Cons

Work-life balance is virtually non-existent. Employees are regularly expected to work beyond office hours, including weekends. Employees are pressured and explicitly threatened with removal if they do not work overtime, fostering fear rather than motivation. There is no clear product vision; leadership appears unsure about what is being developed, resulting in constant changes and wasted effort. Leadership conduct is a major concern. The CEO’s behavior toward female employees has been inappropriate, vulgar, and highly unprofessional, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable workplace.
