Staff is great but the office is dominated by a culture of fear of the owner. We often waste valuable time, effort, and energies going in one distinct and then suddenly turn on a dime. This goes from objectives to campaigns and even hiring new employees. They think they want one thing and then when they get it they want something else, with your head on the chopping block in the interim.

Most definitely my worst working experience as the office is run very inefficiently. Do note, their competition is doing much better in the ASTV world. Don’t let the pool table, free lunches and bar fool you…as the daily ambiguity will not allow you to take a full lunch, play at the pool table nor have a beer at 6pm. The health benefits are below average and the bonus is a nice perk “if” you can last the first year. If you are seriously considering working for this family, good luck & god bless!
