I’ve enjoyed working with a team that genuinely cares about doing good work and helping customers succeed. The company has a supportive culture, and people are generally willing to jump in and help when needed. There’s a lot of variety in the work, which keeps things interesting, and employees have opportunities to take ownership of projects and grow professionally.

Because the company works on a wide range of projects and serves many different customers, no two days are exactly the same. Being flexible and comfortable with changing priorities is important to be successful here.

I've got nothing positive to say about the company. My experience working for Identiti was awful, and I would never recommend working here to anyone, regardless of their circumstances.

If you are looking to grow and advance your career, Identiti is the last company you should ever be working for. Management might promise you raises and promotions, but they never deliver on their promises. It doesn't matter if you consistently push yourself to meet their high expectations or have been with the company for many years; your efforts will never be rewarded. Save yourself the trouble and look for opportunities somewhere else.
