Pros
The department which I worked was fantastic. The environment here was really laid back, clean, and high energy. Throughout the day you could find most of the employees taking a quick trip to the water cooler to cap off their cups while taking a small break away from their project. Many of the people I spoke with always had some cool stories to share about a project they were filming or a set they visited.
Cons
Nothing too negative here to say, except some times I feel we were reaching for things a little too far out of our grasps. Meaning to say we didn't have the resources or the people to use for certain things that we were trying to attain.
