Pros
One of the best workplace environment I have ever worked in. The company has an unsaid motto of "Human First". It's a very peaceful and healthy atmosphere, there is no favoritism, it doesn't matter if you are an old employee or a new recruit, you will be treated the same. There is no nagging manager sitting over your head all the time, you are responsible for your work, no questions asked as long as you are doing your work sincerely. No hierarchy, going through proper channels and then getting to the management to solve your issues. You can approach the management, in person, via a call, via email or even text message, they will always hear you out and even help support you in resolving your issues. Work timings and offs are mostly fixed, if on a given day you want to adjust your work timing and don't want to take a leave for that day, the management will accommodate your request. You give your shift hours only, there is no pressure or compulsory extra hours that you need to put in. If ever there is a need to change or extend your hours, Jinesh will personally make the request, he will check if you are comfortable first with the change and at the same time adjust with the next working day. Jinesh doesn't believe in over working of stressing a member of his team. It is this environment and freedom that has kept the old employees with the team for many years and at times have ex-employees return.
Cons
There are none, the company and the team are a delight to work with.
