Pros
Everyone is extremely friendly at IfOnly. It's like working with a family. The CEO, Trevor Traina, personally got to know me on multiple occasions even though I was just a summer intern. Also, Friday's are work-from-home for developers.
Cons
You can't select your hours during the week, although they are flexible with scheduling conflicts like a doctor's appointments. The work area is very compact though they will be moving locations soon, hopefully.
