Pros
I’ve been working for Ignata since 2014, right now working in a position of Principal Consultant, supporting companies within the fashion industry from around the world. Working with international clients allows me to use my language skills (I speak 5 languages) as well as visit the locations of the clients located internationally. As someone coming from Lithuania to study International Business in the UK, I couldn’t have expected a better set up for my career since Ignata offers a truly diverse working environment where one can feel comfortable with himself and others. Whilst the nature of recruitment means we work in a competitive environment and everyone is working towards reaching their targets, the general feel is very friendly, where consultants are not competing against each other, rather they are seeking to exceed their own goals. In this way, consultants truly celebrate each other’s success, and when it comes to company level, everyone is treated fairly. it takes into consideration the newcomers thus distributing incentives fairly, thus making sure that employees feel involved and valued from day 1.
In short, Ignata is a great place to work and I can confidently say that I am not planning to leave any time soon.
Cons
This company is more suited for entrepreneurial professionals looking to work more independently.
