I did not experience any cons

I got to do real design work — like drawings, renders, and even helping with KBIS. The team was small, so I learned a lot fast and worked directly with the owner and design director. They actually valued my input, and I felt like my ideas mattered

It was a small company, so there wasn’t a set structure or step-by-step training. It focused mostly on vanities, so I didn’t get exposure to full-space interiors.
