One year completion - Senior Team Lead Ilead Integrated Solutions Employee Review

Too much ,Strict rules. Their is no work flow. If you come at 10:16 , company will deduct 1 hour salary and if you leave office at 8:00 ,company will not give you a single penny. No appreciation. No vision. Double standards, different policies for HR and Higher management and different policies for employees. Dont know how to treat employees. No bonus. No provident fund or gratuity . No outdoor medical insurance or facility. Indoor medical insurance is below average.
