Terrible communication, terrible management= terrible company - Anonymous employee Illinicare Health Employee Review

There is a lot of turnover in and within the company, from the top to the bottom. Each department starts initiatives/things to focus on and then doesn’t give it time to see if it will work. So there is constantly change, which leads to job expectations always changing. Management does not value employees and communication is horrible company wide. HR does not take complaints and issues seriously and instead tells the management which creates tension and issues. This is honestly the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
