      Good work life balance, enjoyable work.

      Most people seemed to hate being there, and, like in all government jobs, some people should have been let go a long time ago.

      Pros

      Great collaborative legal team. Knowledgeable staff dedicated to serving the Medicaid population. Interesting legal issues.

      Cons

      There are challenges when the legislature or Governor's office launches new legislation or new initiatives. There are also the constraints with budget cuts and uncertainty on funding from state and federal government.
