Pros
ImageTag has been a good company to work for overall. Management is fairly hands off (depending on the department of course from what I hear). Steady work and the software itself is improving.
Cons
A big Con is that I haven't had an actual pay raise since I started working for the company besides the "cost of living increase". less than 2%. There is almost no real structure and its kind of a figure it out for yourself mentality atmosphere. Very little communication between departments (if at all). No room for advancement.
